Extremely poor and frustrating experience with NDC Kasarvadavali, Thane and Star Health Insurance. It has been 4 days since the medical tests were done, and the reports are still not available. The reports are not visible on the Star Health app, and when asked, the staff at NDC Kasarvadavali keep refusing to share the report directly with the patient. Good service
I had a very disappointing experience at this diagnostic center during my corporate health checkup today. Firstly, the center does not have adequate staff to handle the volume of people coming for corporate checkups. Because of this poor planning and lack of manpower, the entire process was extremely slow and unorganized. Secondly, the eye testing setup was surprisingly outdated and unprofessional. Instead of proper diagnostic equipment, they were using simple printed books with numbers for eye testing, which felt very cheap... read more
