The sun had bleached the section of oak floor in our conservatory so we decided to renovate all the wood on our ground floor with a lighter stain. Graham was able to sand some sections beforehand to provide samples of the finished results which was very helpful. We arranged for the work to be carried out when we were on holiday and Graham sent photos to provide us with daily updates. Graham renovated and sealed three large floors for us. Two were about 125 years old and were laid when the house was built in 1907. These were of pitch pine parquet with straight- laid edgings. After such a long time they were in a poor state. The third was of ash and is around 25 years old, in a hight traffic area in the kitchen/breakfast room and showing wear and tear.
