Awful experience! I wish I can left 0 star for Ashraf, they ‘re helpful when you get the furniture, don’t expected any follow up if they mistakenly sent your furniture to someone else. The sideboard is gone £400 for nothing and I’ll report it is a scam and call the police. Ashraf is irresponsible and disgusting

Very bad service Waiting for delivery from last 4 months but they extend it every time when delivery date is close Now again pushed to 4 more weeks Even i told them to cancel the order and refund my money then they said they will keep 50 percent of the order They are not able to deliver within the given time so why should I have to pay cancellation fees Really bad customer service by them I will recommend not to buy anything from them
