It is never a pleasant experience when your loved one has to move into a care home, but I am so glad we chose this one. The rooms are nice, the selection of meals is good but it is the staff that make this place shine. During the 7 months my mum resided here, I witnessed genuine compassion from the staff and they could not do enough to help. Of course there are always going to be teething problems, as the staff all need to get to know the resident, but we knew she was safe, fed and watered. My only complaint would be that be... read more
