Silverdale, WA location sucks. False hours posted online. Horrible long lines for their drive up due to poor design. Only two drive thru lanes for a huge branch. Sitting in line for more than a half an hour to deposit money into someone else's account....Definitely makes me reconsider the recommendation for me to open an account.
I love navy federal but trust me stay away from this branch they won't get anything done and really are just all around rude. I've went in over 13 times and everytime I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but always they come back being nasty and unprofessional.
