Working for navy Federal I found there are a lot of Racist, Unprofessional, management... when you’re a contractor being treated like a red headed stepchild bc of your job status,race, and do feel comfortable being targeted by a supervisor named Cindy over 3 Day Docs Mortgage Processing. Our experience with the mortgage department has been awful. They request your information and do not get back with you. We were suppose to close today and still haven’t heard anything. They say they will call back and they don’t. We have been in limbo for months.
We having being trying to get final loan approval for the last week. They missed our closing deadline of the 18, 21, and 22 of October. We are now paying penalties to our seller for every day delayed. We cannot get a good reason as to what the hold up is related to, but we have provided ever document they requested within minutes. Their communication with their members is very poor. It’s impossible to get a call back from a manager. I know the rates are good, but your sanity is worth more. Use another mortgage lender. Great place to work as well as the best credit union hands down!
No one answers their phone or urgent emails and their voicemail boxes are conveniently full. Trying to get final loan approval for a customer for a delayed closing because of their lack of urgency. They say their customers are a priority but they have put this veteran and his family through way too much stress. Being too busy is NOT an excuse. This is not resolved as of this moment.
