Don’t cry for the consumer!
I applied for a business account with Navy Federal two days ago. First problem was that your customer service representatives were "not qualified" to open a business account, I had to go to certain offices in order to be able to do so. Second, after I went to those two offices I had not luck; at the first the waiting time would have been on to two hours; at the second one the wait would have been 5 minutes which turned out to be over a half an hour. NFCU has left our clients hanging on the vine with no return phone calls and very inconsistent service. Closing on their home has been delayed for several days and still NFCU staff are not doing what they promised. This has cost our title company, our clients and us as agents countless hours, money and frustration. In 10 years of real estate we have never experienced this. We hope to hear back from someone n management who cares.
Your employee Molli Majors posted online that she is hoping for a woman going through IVF experiences a miscarriage. This is disgusting behavior from one of your employees and I for one will NOT be visiting her branch or any branch of Navy Federal Credit Union if they employ such hateful, unprofessional staff. Shame on her and shame on NFCU for allowing this type of behavior!
AWFUL BUSINESS PRACTICES! PLACES HOLDS ON MEMBERS ACCOUNTS WHEN THE 3 GUIDELINES FOR PLACING HOLDS ON ACCOUNTS DID NOT OCCUR! I HAVE AN ADDITIONAL $$$ CREDIT ON TOP OF MY $$$ CREDIT LIMIT! THEY COULD (REGARDLESS IF THEY DECIDE/CHOOSE TO OR NOT) MAKE EXTRA MONEY OFF MY $$$ ADDITIONAL CREDIT!
