#navyfederalcreditunion #nfcu flagged my elderly father, (who served in the Korean War), as "fraudulent"... basically their security department does not believe he is who he is.... the worst customer service ever received by a bank... so many wasted hours to discover they think my dear old dad is a "fraud"... smh..

Shame on Navy federal !!!... for putting their employees at risk during hurricane Michael in Pensacola Florida ..They are making Navy Federal employees report to work as normal with a Category 3 Hurricane hitting them.... Home loans + va loans. They have no idea what they are doing. They screwed up when they promised that I could by a point down after closing. Then they messed up my monthly payment by charging me an extra 50$ monthly. Then they call me to say well we can’t change it till I make my first payment for September. Then they can change it for October. See a pattern? Vehicle loans through navy fed have been great. STAY AWAY FROM HOME LOANS AND VA LOANS. SHOP AROUND AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! Thought I would share what being a NFCU member did for me today. Posted my Tahoe up for sale the other evening...guy wanted to see it and buy it but said he would have to wait until tomorrow for banks to open since today is a holiday. I am working tomorrow so that wasn't going to work...so I asked if he was a member at NF and he is ..so sold the vehicle today and of course he paid by using the member to member transfer....he was so happy and of course I was too!! Will miss my extra ride but it all worked out as planned.
