Just made a deposit at your outside atm as you are not doing teller services. What I don't understand is your atm's are less than 6 feet apart and you have a teller in the middle of the 2 showing people how to make deposits. When I first got in line she wasn't wearing gloves, but had a mask...touching the same atm's as everybody else. The machines weren't wiped down until about 5 people went through and then it was only with a baby wipe after she finally put on gloves...touched her face, mask, pulled it down to talk to peopl... read more
I know this COVID-19 situation is hindering a lot of business but to be turned away with an EFS check because “it takes too long for it to be authorized”, now what am I supposed to do? I have just one bank account with them and here I am unable to deposit my check because it will take them 2-3 minutes (go online and authorize ) to authorize a check.

RecommendedGreat location at Ashley Landing on Sam Rittenberg Blvd west of the Ashley that’s very convenient and centrally located.
They won’t let members inside to make deposits, but also too cheap and lazy to set up canopies to keep us out of the rain while waiting in line for the 1 atm outside. Pretty poor customer service.
There were four tellers two of which refused to help the other two were going to slow we waited for three people for almost an hour while the next line helped about 7 people in that same time. Not only were they slow, they repeated everything back correctly and STILL made the cashier check out wrong. They were impolite when we had to return from the other side of town after noticing the cashier check was wrong. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. Terrible customer service!

RecommendedCOVID-19 UPDATE: Big Ups to Navy FCU they only allowing 10 people including workers in the building they are opening the door for you and once you are in they have hand sanitizer waiting before you get in a line with 6 ft between you and the customer as well as your teller transaction...#salute👏👏👏
