STAY AWAY!!!! You as the buyer will be lead astray!! I just got cussed out by my buyer because the lender never answered his calls, never answered my calls. Literally just called her 6 times because I have a closing in 5 min. The lender told him his wife didn’t have to be there. SHES ON THE CONTRACT! Of course she has to be there! That’s just what happened five minutes before closing not everything else that happened during the transaction. Don’t even pick up the phone to this place.

I have lost all confidence in them after receiving conflicting information and the run around m. Apparently, leader adds notes to files however, they aren’t willing to even get on the phone to address the customers concerns. I’m still confused how they’re the number one credit union.
