Ive been with Navy Federal for quite some time now and the Ofallon branch has always displayed exceptional customer service. I am however disappointed in the fact that during this time the branch is now closed on Saturdays. It is understandable we are in unprecedented times, therefore I understand the purpose in shortening the hours of the branch, but to cut out an entire day of service is very inconsiderate of your clients unable to reach the branch during your changed weekly schedule. Shout out to the Greenbrier location Thanks for making a difficult time even more so for your clients. couldn't even get a simple cashier's check because of your ridiculous parking lot attendants. That system is insane.
I appreciate the Central Fla branches having reduced hours due to Covid19.... BUT then Why is the Hwy436/Winter Park office having NO hours at all ???? Our branch has Only drive in service with reduced hours. Did I misunderstand & the other Cent Fl locations are Not actually opened for inside service from 10:-4:p daily? If they are.... I'd like to know What makes the Winter Park, location so different?? And do we (W.Pk) have an ETD for any hours... even *reduced ones* ???
The amount of protective gear left as trash on the ground by humans is disgusting and there should be someone cleaning this facility.
