Dr. Epting became extremely defensive when questions were asked to gain a better understanding of the procedure. When asked for literature on the procedure, she responded with "you have the name of the procedure, you can look it up". When asked if based on my presentation if I was appropriate for a procedure, she responded with "only you can decide that". Isn't her job to provide a medical opinion? She was dismissive and borderline rude. Needless to say, I will not be back.
Seemed rushed and uncaring
She talks extremely fast and then expects you to make a quick decision while still trying to process what she just said. Seems rushed and doesn’t listen to your concerns. Very dismissive.
Dr Jassal has impressed me with his patient & relaxed demeanor at every appointment. He takes the time to listen and answer every question. I never feel rushed or talked down to. I leave his office feeling very secure that I am getting the very best treatment from a physician who is deeply invested in my overall well being. I have seen other doctors for chronic pain over the last several years. Thourough, explanatory, answered questions, friendly
Waiting over an hour to be seen. Arrived at 7:15 for a 7:30am appointment. I guess the Dr's time is more valuable than mine.
The staff gave me. Piece of paper expected me to know where to go for a cat scan didn't contact my ins, I am on Medicare, so after contacting my Primary and back and forth, a week later I got needed approval and got CT scan then went for follow up. Chatted with nurse practitioner about epidural, no paper directions given on what to do. Am diabetic 2 shots a day. Calling today for instructions. The Dr. Jassal is excellent but can't say for others.
