if I could do a zero star I would. I went to my appointment to get trigger point injections in my neck. They told me they can’t do the injections because I don’t have my MRI imaging. Why didn’t they tell me to bring the imaging before my appointment? No idea. All they have are the reports. So I leave because I don’t have what I need to get the services I was there for. Later that afternoon she had her assistant call me telling me she read the report and there are unspecified changes in my neck and I need to go see a surgeon.... read more
She explained everything so I would understand & then did a physical & made sure I understood what she prescribed.
Dr. Epting was extremely through and spent a lot of time with me. I'm glad I found out about her and so far very impressed.
she was very helpful answered all my questions and I have an appointment with her for a back epidural on March 13!

Dr Bhalni does NOT care about what our individual personal body needs!! It’s All about the MONEY! He constantly pushes procedures, even when my other Dr’s say NO MORE! He gives the lowest dose meds, apparently to see if you’ll give in to more procedures. He clearly doesn’t care or listen to what my Neurosurgeon & Orthopedic Surgeon has to say regarding MY care! Dr. Cancelled on me twice. Treatment didn’t help. Staff rude. Getting an appointment difficult.
Staff is very nice. Dr. Epting makes sure you understand what she is thinking and what plan she'd like to follow. She listens and asks questions to make sure she understands what you're experiencing. You're talked with and not at.
