She was Excellent and very comprehensive and kind
Got taken off meds because urine had meds from hospital, has happened in t to hr past, I have Parkinson’s and pain from auto accident. I get shot and shots and you make me suffer. Dr Patel I saw you with my mom about Parkinson’s, I saw you once in years why didn’t you discuss my situations thank you.
6 weeks later she still hasn’t sent in my authorization request to insurance but expects me to pay for the appointment.

Dr Patel has been my doctor for over 4 years. I will not go to any other doctor to manage my chronic pain. There are 2 more doctors that have joined his practice. He selects doctors who are similar to him, skillful, attentive, thorough, kind and professional. I saw Dr Vassar for an injection in my arthritic knee. He showed me on the screen where the needle would be inserted. His assistant was Tina and I cannot say enough how personable, kind and making sure I was comfortable. She’s very knowledgeable, well trained in orthopedics, very professional and personable. Evaluated and took measures to help me with lower back pain!
Dr. Epting was thorough, kind, communicative and overall a breath of fresh air compared to the usual experience with healthcare professionals. She explained the thought process for my care plan and listened intently to my concerns. She also made sure I understood the recommendations and the path moving forward and answered all my questions. I can’t say enough nice things about Dr. Epting.
