I am a retired RN with 29 years of healthcare experience and I find Dr. Jassal to be a truly exceptional doctor, highly knowledgeable, shows compassion, listens to what I have to say, I definitely trust him and his treatment plans. I suffer from chronic spinal cord problems and he is methodically taking care of my back pain. Dr Jassal is an amazing, caring professional , knowledgeable physician ... which is rare these days ...he takes his time & listens to his patients & discusses his plan of care with you & you decide together the treatment...He not only care about his patients , but their families as well and! Highly recommend ! You are in good hands with this physician & his office staff !

I don't understand why you take an MRI in November they see you as a follow-up in November and promise you treatment and then in December you go back for a follow-up to the follow-up before you can have your treatment. Is way too many follow-ups and not too many treatments and I'm not happy with the staffs approach to this. I received a shot in my back a few months ago that did not work. Why does it take 3 months for a second treatment and three follow-ups. At 30 to $50 a visit co-pay that is ridiculous. I left the office wi... read more
Oh my goodness, what can I say that hasn't been said already?!!! We love Dr. Jassal so much that we drive from Ruskin to Lakeland to stay with him. He has been my pain doctor for about 2 years and has always provided caring, informative and professional services. It has been 3 years since I was in a pretty bad car accident and have had several doctors with several surgeries and Dr. Jassal has been there to coordinate the many medications prescribed by numerous physicians. Nurse was rude and my mom had to wait outside for her ride. The nurse at the reception desk yelled at her "When is your ride coming for you ?" We close at 430!
Dr. Patel is a very caring, sympathetic doctor. I have suffered from excruciating knee and back pain for about a year. the doctor has taken time to listen to me when I explained where my pain was and the severity. Tests were run and a treatment plan was set up. I am feeling much better now. Much appreciation for Dr. Patel and his staff!
