The staff are great and work hard, but I am suspicious of management who are scammers and probably letting the staff do their dirty work manipulating fees to increase service charge by an extortionate amount. Thee whole block will not rest, and if it means escalating to a regulatory body, so be it. Also law implemented in Q4 2023 will come into effect to control landlords and managment companies from scamming leaseholders. Enough is enough

These guys are total scammers! Expecting tenants to pay extortionate fees without proof of why they are being applied, and then making them homeless.
Very good communication and responsiveness. The community app is not only excellent for keeping me updated on changes within my building but also the surrounding area. Keep up the good work!
