No fee atm with my non-Natwest card
Today I witnessed a lady locking up at NatWest bank and abusing a customer who was using the atm machine outside. The most ridiculous attitude was given by the bank staff as she was the one who hit in the customer while leaving. This particular staff member need to control her attitude towards customers and be more professional while working.
