I work for coral, we need this bank to put takings in via there business deposit slot which is inside the bank, on each occasion going to bank takings the bank has been shut
The cash machine in front of that branch is constantly faulty. It took my card. Do not use. The staff could put a sign on it, but they do not. Useless branch...
Got up there at 1.30 and it was shut ? Nothing on door to say we had to shut early..this is not the 1st time I've been there and it's not been open and the web site recons it is open ...this helps none of your customers
My debit card was blocked , customer services told me that it wasn't and that my card was working fine (it wasn't) after talking with Alison at NatWest Tilehurst in person Alison managed to unblock my card in a few minutes which i am truly grateful for . You cannot beat face to face interaction with an experienced member of staff, thanks again Alison and shame on you customer service call centre.
