Nat west Shoreham by sea is the most helpful and friendly bank I have ever known . I was with Lloyds but they closed their branch and I was very happy to defect to Nat West as I had dealings with the branch before and found it so efficient. Well done staff …. Most times things that needs doing at the office are been done at the till thereby creating unnecessary queue.
Staff helped with my on line booking and explained. Why transaction where still pending. I was worried as due to flight and visit family.
Extremely helpful lady named Patricia. She treated me courteously and was friendly and pleasant throughout. She was able to help and advise me and guide me through my transactions smoothly, and completely eliminated my anxiety. I prefer dealing with people face to face rather than bots and computers. Thank you Patricia and NatWest for providing a proper banking service.
