Mainly use Eltham branch, sometimes bexleyheath. Queues can sometimes be long . Used to have an account in fleet street in mid 80's must be doing something right staff friendly enough. That's why they get my custom.
The team is always extremely friendly & really patient & helpful. Robin has helped me sooo many times that if she retires, I will complain in front of the bank!!!! The branch really has a great team 👍
Waited over 30mins to make a CHAPS payment. Had to give up and walked out. Probably the worst branch I’ve been to.
I had an on going problem with my account and went into the Eltham Branch. Emily was incredibly patient and helpful. She went above and beyond to try to rectify the issue and even kindly had been monitoring it for me in the background. Several days she unexpectedly even took the time to call me with a positive update. She’s extremely politely spoken and knowledgeable, a great asset to NatWest
They are very very slow…they are short staffed or something..but sorry for a very small thing you have to wait 1/2 hours and only 1/2 person working? 😒
