Staff always been helpful. Counters and machine available including one for coins. Just sad it's closing in August, I know you can do alot online but they should still have branches. Will have to go Romford or Hornchurch

Used cash point got £100 . In to 50 pound notes and then had to go to the post office as bank refused to change them .

Reviews speaking themselves. 3 staff chatting behind the counter and I was the only one at counter but guess all 3 arguing why don’t you use machine. I had huge cash to deposit and I come to branch after months and months. Staff also told lie that if I deposit into machine I will save and when I asked difference could not prove. Staff has been trained to get rid of customers and they don’t feel any shame on that even all 3 were sitting doing nothing. Another argument came from one lady what if we close tomorrow then?
