What on earth are Natwest playing at? This branch is due to close on 4th September 2024. A large area such at Bracknell (Population ~ 79k) needs a local branch, as not all things can be done through the app - such as paying in a large value cheque over £1k - which I recently had to do, as the 'treasured' app only has a £1k limit. I went in today all upset as I had lost my purse and the lovely lady with the purple hair was more than helpful. She managed to calm me down, got everything sorted out so fast and professionally and to even cheer me up she had gifted me a pamper kit, really made my day :) thank you :)
Great service. Went in today because I had stupidly locked myself out of online banking. The guy serving me sorted it out for me, saves me waiting 3-7 days for the postal instructions.
Terrible experience overall!!. The staff's rudeness specially the financial advisors, unprofessionalism, and lack of a customer-first mindset is very concerning. Trying to set up an ISA account should have been a smooth process. I was given incorrect information from a staff member and when I brought it up they were unapologetic and got defensive. This led me to close my account and switch banks. Do not recommend this bank, it has the worst customer service.
