Appalling service. Ordered two sofas in February 2025 and was given a two month window for delivery sometime in May or June. I thought this was a long time frame but accepted it as I felt it must have factored in any potential delays. Heard nothing until I contacted them in May to ask for an update and was told it had been delayed until mid-July.
