Great customer service. I purchased a corner sofa and the team at Natuzzi Westfield was very helpful, especially Saeed. While customer service seems to have died in other places, I appreciated the expertise, kindness and patience for me to make an informed decision. I'm very happy with the product.

Had such a great experience from start to finish with natuzzi, first with Rachel at Westfield branch then with the very professional delivery team. If I could give 10 starts I would! Very pleased with the sofa I choose as well! Great quality and design.
