We went to Natuzzi for our new sofa. David, at the White City in a Manchester helped us a lot with the choice, he had a lot of patience (we came in the store 3 times before to making a decision 🫣) and we come out very happy. The sofa that they have are the best around for style and quality. Highly recommended
Substandard sofas, uncomfortable. Poor quality, contacted Natuzzi, customer service is zero, not interested in the slightest, no after care, after taking your money. Totally ignored, even by senior management. A sofa filling should not move in less than a year..stick to DFS and Sofology! I've never had to complain about a sofa before, but honestly, save your money!

Leather sofa only just over 3 years old and the filling has gone. Manager says Nothing they will do as it’s past the 2 year warranty Avoid Natuzzi there products are rubbish they are playing on the name. Avoid Natuzzi. We have already sent back there table and chairs as the quality was terrible
Customer service is absolutely disgusting considering they call themselves a high branded store. Bought a sofa bed only for it to go flat within a few months. First contacted the company in April 2024 and was completely ignored. Had to go into the store 2 times for someone to look into the issue. Someone came over to have a look in janury 202 and said they would reply to us by email in a few days. After 2 weeks we had to contact natuzzi ourselves for an update.
