This company claims to service fireplace inserts. THEY DO NOT. They were told the exact issue they were coming to service, sent two gentlemen who had NO TOOLS, no idea what to do with the fireplace and took the service call amount and left telling us they could not help. Call anyone else.
Fantastic people and service.
I was dealing with a really bad scorpion problem when I called Nature's Own and they did a great job removing this problem. They were very informative and very nice people. John was the best he was a very nice guy and a great technician.
Jason was a great technician he is a very good employee and great people person.
Thank You Nature's Own for the awesome job removing my rodent problem.
