Great company and service. This stuff really works and is safe for our cats. Couldn't ask for anything more! Nature's Own gave us lots of advice to help keep the bugs out of the house in the first place all of which we followed. Thanks Nature's Own! We're very pleased.

Natures own has been to my home 3 times for carpenter ants. I still have them inside my house. Natures own also damaged my drywall and paint during service. I have left John Britton 3 messages and 3 emails in 2 weeks and no returns. Is this customer service? Please call me. You have my number.
I bought a groupon in dallas. The appt time slot sent me a conformation and I declined because I was in a car accident. They came anyhow and left a crappy note about my voucher being void.

I am writing positive reviews everywhere I can! Yelp is messing with me telling me to click the link in the confirmation email but haven't sent me anything so my review is not posting. I got a deal on groupon and was extremely please with the service and the tech. Jason Davis was my tech and he was on time, so friendly, and explained to me step by step how it works and what they are spraying. Jason was the best. He went straight to work taking care of my bad ant problem. 2 weeks later and still no ants. Nature's Own was very attentive from start to finish.
Nature's own killed all my pests and now my roaches aren't bugging me any more at my home in Austin. It can be hard to get rid of bugs on your own (especially when you don't stay somewhere full time like me) so I don't even waste my time now. My friend recommended me to use them and I have been pest free ever since. Such a relief. Thanks ya'll.
