I had an appalling experience shopping at Nature’s Basket Palladium branch. At the counter during the packing, products go missing, it happened to me. Their helpline is worse than useless! When I finally managed to connect, the person on the other end was as unhelpful as a screen door on a submarine. After promises the the missing product will be home delivered, it still hasn’t arrived. My advice? STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS STORE! It’s run by snake oil salesmen with a degree in disappointment.
Never a bad thing to say about Nature's Basket and the team working there. Always up for a chat and constantly refreshing their fresh stock!
