I like this office. The people were wonderfull.
Excellent in every aspect, from the reception, the service provided, the attention, the sincere desire to help, and the way the process and billing is explained in detail.
I love the personal touch that Dr. Mercado and his staff provide for each client. My daughter loves visiting the dentist. However, I use to hate visiting the dentist but they talk you through the procedure.
Dr Mercado and his staff are excellent, and have always provided me and my wife excellent dental care.
Listening is key to any situation and at Natural Smiles - you truly feel like you are being heard! Thank you for the excellent care - as always!!
Competency and wonderful manners
This was my first time in the office and the service and friendliness of the staff was nothing short of amazing everyone was caring, professional, and most of all understanding thank you so much for helping me through my emergency
Amazing dentist and staff. Very personable. Highly recommend. They do excellent work and even though going to the dentist can be "scary", I always have a pleasant experience when I'm there and they do everything they can to ensure that I have a comfortable and positive experience. 😊
