Everyone is great, personable and very professional. Definitely excellent treatment.
Natural Smiles of Orlando was welcoming from the moment I walked into the office. The appointment was quick and efficient, with no worries or concerns. The staff was friendly and took the opportunity to get to know me, which in return made me feel more at ease during my appointment. I have recommended my boyfriend to also come in as a new patient and look forward to my future appointments.

I received very good care at your office. Fortunately I have not had big problems lately. So my teeth were cleaned by the doctor and the staff was very nice and professional.

I was so pleased with Dr. Mercado and the thoroughness of his examination. The cleaning was a very good one and both him and his tech listened when I said I had very sensitive areas in my gums. The receptionist went out of her way over the holidays to be sure my insurance information and x-rays from the previous dentist were all in order for the appointment. That was very much appreciated!
