I just changed dentists, starting with Natural Smiles Orlando. They worked with me to get a fast appointment. They have educated me on how important it is to ask the dentist's office if they are "in network" of my dental insurance provider, versus "do you take my insurance." While they confirmed that my previous dentist was correct in her diagnosis, I will be getting the procedure at less than 1/2 of what I was quoted at my previous dentist.
Very professional! Dr. Mercado is a great dentist! Very nice also. Never recommends unnecessary procedures. When you are there, you feel like his only patient!
This was my first visit and it was a bit of an emergency. I appreciate the staff scheduling an appointment for me to see Dr. Mercado as soon as possible even though I wasn't an established patient. The staff is awesome and Dr. Mercado has great bedside manor. He is so friendly and gentle. Ilike that he takes the time to make sure as a patient, all questions are answered before he walks away. I'm pretty sure I just found my new dentist!
I love the on-time service at my actual scheduled appointment time, and the professional service provided by all of Dr. Mercado's stuff. In specific, Dr. Mercado's individual and personalized attention, unlike previous providers that seemed rushed to get to the next patient.
Friendly staff. Very helpful with insurance and planning any dental work.
Unbelievable concern and professional service
Dr Mercado and his staff are the best! I had a fear of the dentist for the longest time, but coming here eases all of those fears. The office is clean, I am seen quickly, and everything is explained thoroughly. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Friendly, accommodating and have execellent customer service. Actually look forward going to the dentist 👍🏼😁
I had a dental emergency and they got me in the same day just one hour later. Dr. Mercado is always helpful and professional. The office staff is great too.
