Everything was great. Dr. Mercado and his staff were all super friendly, and took the time to answer all of my questions and come up with a treatment plan going forward. Additionally, I have had dentists in the past guilt me for not taking perfect care of my teeth, but Dr. Mercado respected me, and told me the importance of brushing a full 2 mins, flossing, etc. I would highly recommend this Practice.
I have been to this office for my last 3-4 appointments and I am highly satisfied! They are very warm and welcoming, it feels so much like a family oriented place. I love that! And they do a great job with my teeth of course lol! Thank you guys so much for being awesome!

Friendly, awesome customer service. They help answer any questions you have about your teeth and things that need to be done to keep them healthy. They will work with you to help determine what you need and how quickly you need it vs what you can afford.
It’s such a pleasant experience everytime I visit the office. A very attentive and exceptional staff, along with Dr. Mercado makes you feel at ease at every visit.
I highly recommend Natural Smiles for the friendliness and knowledge of the staff, the cleanliness of the office but most importantly for the expertise and the easy manner of Dr Mercado.
