After not going to the Dentist in over 10 years, I was nervous to get checked out, but Dr. Mercado and his staff at Natural Smiles of Orlando made the process not as painful as I had initially dreaded. I liked how quick and efficient the new patient process was and how thorough him and his staff were in explaining my insurance benefits. The best visit I've had. The office staff is friendly and inviting. The Doctor is down to earth and easy to talk to which made it easy to discuss all my concerns and questions. I haven't been to the dentist in over 3 years because the last experience with a previous dentist left me drained. I went in for a check up and cleaning. This place is a judgement free zone! The doctor, dental assistant and receptionist were all pleasant. They make you feel welcome. They made the fear of going to the dentist disappear.
The staff is always courteous and friendly and they took care of filling my tooth I was very pleased
Best dentist office I have ever visited. Dr Mercado was very nice and I felt barely any pain at all. Loved his humor and the staff was so kind and friendly.
I've been coming to this Dentist location since the early 90's when it was owned by Harmini K. Sidhu. I would walk in and Joyce (front desk) and others would call me by name like Norm on the TV show Cheers. Time has passed and it looks like the new Dentist who bought the Practice and his Staff are nearly on point. The only reason I state only is because time hasn't been there but I feel just as welcome as I always have.
