Unlike what you may have seen on TV there were no gimmicks at Natural Mind Hypnotherapy. Not even a swinging watch! Kristian makes you feel at ease and genuinely really cares about results. We did the sessions online and I must say that this worked brilliantly. I was having a lot of confidence problems with my first hospital visit to have a knee replacement. After a few sessions with KRISTIAN I had the confidence to have the operation done and I am now on the mend. I also suffer with a sleep problem and KRISTIAN also helped with this and I still use the program to this day. I owe KRISTIAN a lot and will always be grateful to him and wish him well. Kristian has helped me to cope with some challenging times through hypnotherapy and talking/listening skills. He is extremely understanding and has given me the tools to manage with some of the day to day struggles. I constantly use the techniques he has taught me to keep on top of my mental well being.
