Rosie was very professional and thorough. She also explained fully what had happened and the treatment she was giving. Would definitely recommend.
I've had mixed experiences with physios over the years, but when I discovered a practice within walking distance I had to try it. I got a next-day appointment and it was very efficient and reassuring. Alex explained everything and sent me a link to a programme of specific exercises to do for my symptoms. Based upon my experience I would happily recommend Natural Elements to others.
I have been to see Alex twice now for a bad back . She is very professional and explains very thoroughly what your problem is and how she is going to treat it and hopefully help! I would not hesitate to recommend her if you need a good physiotherapist!
