I visited at opening time on a Wednesday morning and had called ahead to check availability. I also mentioned that I have a mobility issue, as I wanted to confirm the venue’s accessibility. While Google Maps indicates that the location is wheelchair accessible, this ultimately proved irrelevant. Horrible massage. I mentioned at least 3 times that it was too deep and painful but there was no adjustment made. I ended up bruised and in pain for days. She also climbed on top of me massaging with knees and arms. I had not asked for that. It was all too much and the room was so tiny it felt claustrophobic. Someone came into the room in the middle of the massage, and I heard voices and banging from outside. Not relaxing at all. There was lack of professionalism.
