Though it didn’t work for my pup I still recommend this product. I’ve watched it work for other dogs time and time again but for some reason it didn’t work for mine. I let Natural Dog Company know and they IMMEDIATELY refunded my order without question. I will continue to shop with them, they seem to care a great deal about us, their customers.

RecommendedI would recommend because it's a good company they sent emails up to the day I received my product, and it was my first purchase. unfortunately I got the skin soothing stick and my dog hate the smell of it applied it twice and she now runs from the sound of the cap coming off. I don't want the product to go to waste and I don't want to waste money sent a message asking if I could return it and get my money product is not for me and my fur baby.
The skin soothing balm offered my dog instant relief from horrible itching (thought to be caused by flea and tick chemicals, but that’s for another post). I’ve only been using it for one day, and the itching has already greatly improved and red sores from scratching nearly vanished overnight!

My girl likes to push her food around and it dries her nose out sooooooo much. We’ve tried coconut oil before but it didn’t work. I ordered this and after THREE uses her nose is almost 100% healed!!!! I’m shocked! The before pictures aren’t super detailed but the after picture is incredible. Her nose is brand new!

I finally found something that works on my 12 year old bulldogs nose... He has had the worst time with his nose, it's so gross and uncomfortable for him. I've been using the Snout soother and I'm very very pleased.
I ordered the Pawtection, Snout and Paw Soother. There was an error on my end with shipping and Matt from Customer Care went above and beyond to help sort everything out. It was a great customer service experience. Thank you, Matt! If you have any suggestions on how to distract my fur babe from licking the soother off her snout it is greatly appreciated. A kong filled with peanut butter, a favorite toy, a tasty snack or gnawer, or even waiting until she falls asleep can keep her mind off the balm. It takes only about 10-15 minutes for absorption, so you won't have to distract for long. 🐾💗
My Gipsy is almost 12 years old and has had a hard, crusty nose for years!! I’ve tried several creams, ointments, even had it scraped and tested for fungus. Nothing helped. I decided to order the Snout Soother after reading other reviews and Wow! 24 hours after the very first application, the crusty stuff started falling off in chunks!! Gross, but oddly satisfying. I washed it with a warm cloth and revealed her little soft, wet nose underneath! Highly recommend. And I’m about to try it on my calloused feet!! 😆😆😆

My dogs have a host of allergies that affect their paws, noses, and skin. I LOVE everything about this company; their customer service is equally as amazing as their product. We ordered the Snout Soother for our old guy since his nose was so rough and cracking. It had to hurt him, so we ordered the Snout Soother to give it a try! It is AMAZING!!!
