Edit: Update I did finally receive my package a week later after the company messaged me back. Happy with the quality of the product, not happy with the lack of communication and the length of time it took to get my product (almost a month)! I ordered 2 products on 8/18.. have yet to receive any shipping updates nor hear back from their company. It’s been 3 weeks and how have my items not even been shipped from their wearhouse. I placed an order for the balm and it was switched to the tin. I didn’t see it til after. I’ve emailed you a few times and no one has bothered to get back to me plus I haven’t received anything yet. Now I want a refund. I do a lot of ordering online but I’ll never order from this company again!!!!

My very allergic pyrenees, Zara, STRUGGLES with allergies every cold season. Summer is the best for her and is when her skin can heal from constant licking, itching, biting. She sees a dermatologist and is given shots weekly for her severe allergies. I bought the skin soother for her ankles/paws because she still licks and bites in summer, she actually had a sore on her back foot because grass irritated her so she chewed a sore open. I just bought my second tin of the skin smoother. I will never buy another dog product from anywhere else. I LOVE THIS STUFF. I call it “magical dog butter” because it is truly amazing. My dog had the worst yeast infections in his toes and the vet didn’t give any helpful meds or tips. I was hesitant to buy the skin smoother because the price but I’m so glad I did. I have one pup that licks her belly clean in the spring and one that has hammer(very inflamed) paws in fall from allergies. We use the skim soother for both dogs and it works wonders. Calms their skin and relieves the itch. It’s a great product!
I purchased the skin soother and within the first application I have yet to see him scratch. I’m very impressed. I would recommend this anytime. Looking forward to doing more business.
love the product but my lab pit after i put it on i rub it in good but she rubs on carpet is this even helping we can spray anything she goes crazy i am using Skin Soother she is aways itchy her under belly and steroids don't seem to help Any suggestions would be great
