I placed an order in October.. Order NDC-0826992 I emailed the company twice asking the status and both times they sent me the same usps tracking information that has not changed. I expected a better explanation than giving me the same information I already had in the first "your order had shipped" email. I've order customized on Esty that shipped and delivered faster than this..shipped by usps as well. I'm not satisfied with the information I've been given and either need a refund or my product needs to be sent again.

I tried the skin soother on my extremely itchy pup. She has such bad skin. She needs constant medication, and occasional steroids. Just started putting it on her on Saturday, and so far it looks to be helping. She is less red for sure, and not scratching as much or as hard as she usually does. I will update this as I continue to use the product.

I bought a skin kit, with the soother and the supplements. My dog loves the taste of the skin soother, so trying to distract for application can be a pain, but it works WONDERS for flare ups. However, this is the 1st supplement I have used that doesn't make my dogs skin and tummy worse, so I haven't needed the soother as much anyway. I have a pit mix and his skin and tummy troubles have been a work in progress...but I think I have finally found a reasonable solution with the Natural Dog Co. products! Great stuff...thank you!

I ordered the Skin Soother stick for my itchy pups. This stuff is incredible!!! I got it in the mail yesterday and immediately put it on 2 of my dogs. It soothed my big pit bull's skin so well, I decided to try it on my chronic eczema that, so far, no doctor has been able to help. I rubbed it on my current patch of eczema and it didn't itch for hours, after 2 applications my rough, bumpy skin was mostly smooth and most of the redness had subsided, and today, it didn't itch until around dinnertime.
