Very disappointed. Not reliable. Not professional. Scheduled works to be done but the guy pulled out and said he is going on holiday and no longer available. No notice. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
After the 3rd engineer couldn't fix my boiler, Nato came and, solved the issue. Swift, efficient and friendly.

Nato service my boilers every year and do a great job. My boilers have been working with no issues.
Nato recommended a power flush as my radiators weren't getting fully hot. After the flush all my rads are piping hot. I wish I had done this earlier. All the best.
