Love this hotel! Besides the great service, you get to stay in these beautiful surroundings. And the best part - a portion of the room rates supports New Mexico's cultural preservation efforts.
It was my daughters birthday, and everything went wrong in that place! My room was wrong we were placed on the first floor where the dogs stay, I reserved a theme artist room, the SUPERVISOR did NOTHING to help he DID NOT CARE. I specifically asked for an theme room because I needed a refrigerator for my daughters cake. We killed a big spider then a Roach later that night so I insisted that they NEEDED to put my cake in a refrig.
