We have stayed here about 8 to 10 times and really was never disappointed in the service or cleanliness. The whole staff is so friendly and seem to go out of their way to accommodate us. The restaurant is pleasant but never has enough help. Usually in the evening the bartender is doing both rooms. She has been very friendly to us also. We love the convenience of Nativo being right across the street from Eye Associates of New Mexico where my husband has had his eye surgery. Amazing service. Nice rooms. Great location. The restaurant had amazing food. I will continue to stay there every time I am in the area for over night or longer stays !!!! The security was amazing and the desk clerks were very friendly. Wish my stay would of been longer.
I've stayed all over Albuquerque and the Nativo Lodge is my one of my favorites. The rooms are immaculate and the beds the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever stayed at. I would highly recommend this Hotel for comfort and convenience!!

Do not stay here, I booked a room for one night & they called me at 1210 am tonight just a few minutes before my checkin & told me they overbooked. I've travelled the country for work domestically & internationally and have never had a hotel call me to say they were "overbooked." Completely unacceptable!!
