Carpet is dirty and worn as well as the furniture. Small A/C is no match for the single pane west facing windows that are the full width of the room. When we arrived the room was over 90 degrees and the A/C was running. Now three hours later, still over 85. Room suite with a "view" as described and reserved overlooks I-25. Housekeeping crowds their wheeled dirty laundry bins into the guest elevator with four guests already in the cab. What?...there's no maintenance elevator? Just rude. I was told that this place was really nice and from the reviews I was hesitant on wanting to stay here. I was told by my boyfriends grandparents that their previous stay here, they found a cockroach in the room! After killing it, they took it to the front desk to let them know about it and they did nothing because it was already dead! That was a couple years ago so we decided to give it a chance. RecommendedIt was the first time I have ever been there. I thought it was going to be outrageously expensive, but the price was reasonable. Beautifully decorated. I was impressed by the artistic relics and proud to have a native connection. I would stay there again if I had the chance.
