Elevator needs repair service or even an upgrade. It took forever to operate, waited on it for up to 5 minutes at a time and we were on the 5th floor. Rooms could use refrigeration units to store food thst needs to be cold. Other then that, being that this was my first time ever stepping foot in that hotel building. It was quite enjoyable for albuquerque anyway. Definitely recommend it for holiday occasions for a night since it's quite inexpensive.
The hotel's lobby, bar n restaurant area was beautiful wth colorful paintings n statues. It was what I had imagined it would look like. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to c the guest rooms. It was kinda plain. There was a chair n the room that looked like it had seen better days. The upholstery was dirty n fabric was tearing. The staff was very friendly n helpful.

Not bad for the price! We have stayed there quite a few times in the past and never had a bad experience. Clean and has a Starbucks next door.
Food was excellent ...price is right! Great location.
