Clean rooms and friendly staff. But got fooled bc last time stayed was during balloon fiesta and they had free breakfast and hot chocolate in the lobby. This weekend...nothing.
*Update* After I posted the below review I was contacted by a gentleman with the Nativo Lodge whom I believe to be management. He was unaware of my situation and after it was brought to his attention he seemed to work tirelessly to find resolution. I was very appreciative at his efforts to reimburse my travel points and he more than sufficiently stayed in contact with me to keep me updated on the progress of the situation.
