This is an amazing hotel.. rooms are always clean and staff is always courteous and attentive! My family loves it!
A/C no match for West facing windows. "Dark" curtains weren't long enough to cover entire window, didn't block out sun. Requested refrigerator, delivered from another room. Attendant said they only have 6 in the hotel. Elevator stopped working a few times. Had to switch out room key multiple times for the lock to work. Dining area didn't seem very clean, skipped breakfast, went to Starbucks. Staff was always very nice and accommodating. Probably would not re-book this hotel!

I can't fathom these one-star reviews. My stay has been amazing. My first room picked up some noisy neighbors on the second day, and the front desk moved me within an hour, to a MUCH nicer room. Every member of the staff that I've come into contact with has been very warm and friendly, and have gone out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. I come to Abq a few times a year, and will definitely stay here from now on.
