Where do I begin! My homebound brother was to have Nationwide come to the home about a year and a half ago or so. Got a call from Roxie on a Tues who left a message. I attempted several times to call her back. Gave up. On Thurs AM I was doing AM care on him ( he was naked). A gal shows up at his bedroom window, peeking in at him. i was furious! What you guys are doing isn't right. You are forcing customers who have an expired prescription and cannot see an eye doctor because of COVID-19 to purchase contacts only from you for twice the price of everyone else. I contacted the local office where I received my prescription, as well as your corporate office about trying to get temporary extension on the prescription so that I can order contacts, since I am all out. Although they tried to install lenses in some new frames for us the ruined the lenses while do so and denied fault , poor business practice would spend my hard earned money somewhere else

I bought a pair of glasses that haven’t fit since the day I bought them. They constantly fall off of my face, despite being the exact same frames as my previous pair. I have had them adjusted, and it doesn’t help, and the location where I bought them (Arcadia) said they couldn’t do anything. Terrible product and terrible customer service.

TERRIBLE. 5 weeks ago i went to do an eye exam and until this day i never received my glasses got tired of waiting and calling I went to ask for a refund and didnt even get an apology for the inconvenience or nothing ..really bad customer service first time here and will definitely be the last time i go to nationwide

I have been going to the location at Oracle Rd. And Magee in Tucson, AZ for years. When they checked my pressure this time it was higher than normal. They scheduled me a follow up appointment to retest which showed it as high again using the “puff of air” test. The assistant, Tina, let the doctor know and he immediately completed a more detailed test which showed the pressure wasn’t as high as the air test showed. I was just told that I can’t order contacts because mine wasn’t finalized? What? They said after a month they have to ‘finalize’ my order, but they gave me two month trial contacts. I was NEVER told this or I would have bought some contacts. I will not go back to nationwide, especially the one on 19th and union hills. Now they want to charge me AGAIN! Nope

ther warranty is useless and they lie to you about it. FYI ther warranty expires when your prescription does. not when you actually got glasses. they are a huge ripoff. they are over priced too. it took them weeks to Get my glasses and then got mad when I had then send it back for lens adjustments . they are a waste of time, money, and sanity.

Discontinue stocking frames of extremely poor quality. Mine look and fit like they came from a dollar store.
