Do not give them your business. You will be very disappointed should you have a problem. Nationwide does not care about their customers one bit. I went to the location in JC Penny's Mall at Arrowhead. Everyone was very friendly...not professional, but, playful and friendly. Their employee took my measurements for my new glasses/lens, did it incorrectly and here I am almost 6 months later, having had to pay more money out of pocket, with no glasses that are usable, and dealing with an unreal nightmare. called to order contacts but had to make another appointment even though my son's prescription is good for another 3 months. I also paid for services not received and they want me to pay it again. After this, they will never get my business again.

purchased glasses in Tucson! I can't use the home computer because I can't see it's blurry these glasses cost 440dollats was half off so 220dollars I can only use cell phone

You’re power & southern location could use new staff & a new dr. My sons appointment was at 1pm and the dr decided she was heading to lunch at 1pm because she was under the impression that “she didn’t have anyone until 2” huh? How when you hadn’t even seen your 1245 appointment yet either? An hour later & we still weren’t seen. It’s ridiculous . Don’t schedule appointments if it interferes with her lunch schedule because I’m just as busy as anyone else and don’t have 3 hours to waste at a vision center. I make an appointment... read more

I'm at the Chandler,Az location on Alma school/warner and the front desk girl is rude! No good morning or smile and seems annoyed to be here and it's only 8am! If this weren't the only place that takes my insurance Id walk!

Wow, I wish I had read the other reviews before bothering to make an appointment. My 6 year old has some kind of infection in his eye. There are not a lot of options for pediatric eye care, so I found this place. 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, they tell me they want to charge me "a minimum of $200 but we can't tell you how much" for an OD to look at him. Not an MD mind you, an OD. And they can't tell me how much. We left. Horrible customer service, ridiculous pricing.

The Dessert Ridge location is rude and absolutely awful to deal with . We will be taking our business somewhere else and will never recommend them . We paid for a contact exam for my son even though he had ad an exam 6 months prior for his eyes . We purchased contacts for him and had to take him to two separate appointments for him to learn how to use them . He was given a week supply and had to make another follow up appointment to see how they are working . When got home we realized we were only given a 3 day supply . I ca... read more

order glasses and frames took 2 weeks to get them in. I get a call saying my glasses are ready for pick up but they made them wrong so they have to send them back After another 2 weeks I get a call and the glasses are ready. Go to the store and they are still not correct and will need to be sent back again now going on 5 weeks still no glasses.
