Power and Southern location is rude and lacks highly in customer service. Kendra doesn’t even know her job to help customer super rude and phone and against HIPPA guidelines in office. She can not even make eye contact with customers. Few people waiting and the doctor didn’t even know what to do yet. This is highly horrible could even get all the right information as requested. Will never go back would not recommend them either. You can find better eye care and for sure way better customer service.

The Trinity, Florida location is great. All of the staff are attentive and do their best to help you out. Please pass this on to them and let me know I appreciate their customer service.

Within 3 days of receiving their new glasses my son's screws started falling out and my daughter's lens fell out. Now, 2 weeks later, the arm on my son's frames snapped off. We went down to the Nationwide we purchased from, and were informed that it was probably because they're only the $59 frames and he was probably handling them too roughly. Apparently it's completely normal for the screws to fall out after 3 days. Anyways, they won't replace the frames, and want me to buy new ones. I'll never go back there ever again.

One month later and I'm still waiting to get my son's glasses. Do not recommend

One month and waiting for a pair of reading glasses Excuse after excuse! Unacceptable!! Will never use NationWide again!!

Appointments mean nothing at Nationwide. One hour to see the doctor. No respect for people's time. Hayden and Chapparel location. My advice: Anywhere but Nationwide Vision.

I went to the location on speedway and swan on a Saturday 6/18 and the Dr there was very rude. Doctor Jones. I called corporate to file a complaint and I was told I would get a call back and they didn't even bother. So I will not be going back if they don't even care about their customers
