Ordered my car through Nationwide on 15 August and paid the processing fee. Account on line said it was being delivered to the dealer on 19 August and after PDI checks would be delivered. 31 August still no car despite several emails all that seems to happen is that the date its delivered to the dealer changes to the date I make contact again. Dealing with nationwide has always been a pleasure, I am on my 3rd 4 year contract with them and the process has always been hassle free with staff that couldn't be more helpful and communication fantastic. Well done.
First car was a non-runner and was advised 2 days before delivery. Then car being returned was not collected. Second car arrived 10 days later and the windscreen is leaking. Very disappointed as the first time I used them they were very professional. Now having to wait for a response.regarding the repair. Need to complete pre-checks earlier and more thoroughly.
